An engineer in Neotic’s Services Department helps you define the exact scope of your project and its deadlines. Together, you identify the different user profiles, their roles and privileges. The engineer also evaluates the current compatibility of Agreo with your internal information system, any specific requirements and additional functionalities, as well as data import and IT bridge possibilities. You are therefore fully involved in the implementation plan and associated training program. The implementation analysis is a key step in the implementation of Agreo.
Configuration
The first step in Agreo’s installation is to personalize the solution according to your working methods and your specificities. Your Neotic Project Leader compiles the reference documents you wish to use and customize Agreo according to your needs and requirements.

During the first year of the implementation of Agreo, your Neotic Project Leader will undertake a full project assessment and evaluation. Through regular meetings with Neotic’s Products Division, you have a direct impact on Agreo’s improvement and enhancement. User Group Meetings are also an opportunity to meet other Agreo users and share your experiences and issues.
